We learn in Acts 2, “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Living in the world as it is today, do you understand the Biblical definition of repentance? What if we didn’t understand it or commit to it? Why did Jesus say, “Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head?” If the Bible is true, and it still applies to us today, this verse does as well. We learn that the LORD God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So, it has to be the same now, even as when it was spoken.

This may in fact be the most difficult post that I produce with the Lord by my side. It may even be my last, as I feel the tears currently welling up within my eyes. To know the Lord intimately, I am sure is probably the deepest desire of nearly every man’s heart. Although, to know the Lord, means to experience His pain, and to understand His suffering.
